Flexible Financing for Your Backyard Vision
Astorga Outdoor Living is working to provide financing options for qualified homeowners through independent third-party financing providers. Financing may be available for custom pools, remodeling, landscaping, patios, outdoor kitchens, and complete outdoor living projects.
Financing is provided by independent third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval, lender terms, project eligibility, and contractor approval. Astorga Outdoor Living is not a lender and does not guarantee financing, rates, terms, loan amounts, or approval.
The short version
- Financing is optional. It is never required to work with us, and choosing it (or not) doesn’t change how we treat your project.
- It’s third-party. Any financing is a direct agreement between you and an independent lender, not with Astorga Outdoor Living.
- Your application never touches this website. If financing goes live, applications will happen entirely on the lender’s own secure site.
What Astorga is and isn’t
Astorga Outdoor Living is not a lender and does not make or guarantee credit decisions. We build outdoor living projects. If we introduce a financing option in the future, all credit decisions, rates, and terms will be determined solely by the independent lender you choose to work with, under that lender’s own agreements and disclosures. Whether an application is approved is entirely between you and the lender.
How third-party project financing typically works
- You choose whether to explore it. Financing is one option among several. Many homeowners simply pay directly.
- You apply directly with the lender, on the lender’s site. The lender, never Astorga, collects your application information under its own privacy policy.
- The lender makes the decision and presents any terms. If approved, the lender shows you its rates, fees, and repayment terms in its own disclosures.
- You decide, on your own timeline. Reviewing an option never obligates you to accept it. Take the time you need, and compare alternatives.
Your privacy on this website
This website does not collect or store Social Security numbers, income information, banking details, dates of birth, or any loan application data, and it never will as part of financing. There is no financing application form anywhere on this site, by design. Our project inquiry form asks only about your project and how to reach you. If financing goes live, the only thing this site will do is link you to the lender’s own secure website, where the lender’s privacy policy governs what you share.
Questions worth asking any lender
Whoever you might borrow from, whether a financing provider, your own bank, or a credit union, these questions help you compare options. Astorga doesn’t answer them for you, and this page isn’t financial advice; for guidance on your situation, talk with your own financial professional.
- Is the rate fixed or variable, and what is the total cost over the full term?
- Are there origination fees, closing costs, or prepayment penalties?
- Does checking my options use a soft or hard credit inquiry?
- What happens if I want to pay the balance off early?
- How does this compare with other routes available to me?
