What we collect
When you submit a form we collect what you type: name, email, phone, project ZIP code, project details, and your consent choice. Standard server logs record IP addresses and requests for security. We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect financial account details on this site — financing applications, when offered, happen on independent lenders’ own sites.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and manage your project conversation
- To send the planning guide when you request it — one email, not a campaign
- To keep the site secure and measure what content helps (analytics, when enabled, uses Google Analytics 4 with IP handling per Google’s controls)
Cookies & analytics
When analytics is enabled, this site may use cookies or similar technologies to understand site usage, such as pages viewed, device/browser information, approximate location, and interactions with the site. Google Analytics 4 processes analytics data under Google’s own terms and privacy practices. We do not use website analytics to obtain financial information or to sell personal information.
Referral information
To understand how people find Astorga, this site keeps a small first-party cookie (aol_attr, 30 days) that records the first page you landed on, the domain of the site that referred you (if any), any campaign labels in the link you followed (the utm values), and the date of that first visit. If you later send an inquiry, those details are saved with it so we know which page or campaign led to the conversation. This information is not used to build a profile of you, is not shared with advertisers, and contains nothing you type into a form.
Retention & your choices
Inquiry records are kept while relevant to a project conversation and business records requirements, then deleted. Ask us at any time to see or delete your inquiry data — email info@astorgaoutdoorliving.com or use the contact form. We honor unsubscribe on any email immediately.
Third parties
Hosting infrastructure, form processing, and (when enabled) Google Analytics process data on our behalf. Independent financing providers are separate businesses with their own privacy policies — we never see or store your financial application data.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information submitted through this site. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for homeowners and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
